Returns & Exchanges

At SaturdayClub, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging along with the printed return slip to ensure your request is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
